Commitment to community
Supporting those in need in the local community is central to our ethos. In 2018, we established our Charitable Foundation in loving memory of Betty Pepper – late mother of Group CEO Christian J Pepper – to formalise and advance the ways in which we work with charities.
We’re very proud to support numerous charities through fundraising events, direct support and guidance, as well as in volunteering days taken by our advisers and staff.
